7 Step Quick Start Guide

STEP 1

Watch the System Setup Video and then get all the tools required to get your list profit system up and running as quickly as possible:

1. Hosting

Decide on a domain name. If this will be your first domain, either use your name (ex: johnsmith.com) or use a generic niche-related domain (ex: marketingadvice.com) and use sub-folders that contain websites, squeeze pages, etc related to marketing.

2. Autoresponder

You need a reliable autoresponder / email management service that works hard to make sure your emails get delivered and consistently strives to improve. Get start here for only $1

4. FTP Utility

You have two very popular tools to choose from for transferring files to and from your web host. A free utility from Filezilla or download the free trial of SmartFTP

5. Roboform

Hands down, this is my favorite tool of all! It remembers all of my login info for my hosting, autoresponder, affiliate programs, etc and auto-fills in my login info with the click of a button. No more searching or trying to remember your usernames and passwords!

STEP 2

Sign up to the affiliate programs and grab your affiliate links and save them to Notepad on your computer (usually found by going to Start – All Programs – Accessories).

STEP 3

Open up each of the 4 web pages in your html editor and insert your affiliate links, contact info, etc as instructed in the video tutorial. Be sure to Save your work!

STEP 4

Setup a new “list” campaign from within your autoresponder dashboard. If using our recommended autoresponder, you’ll have an easy step-by-step setup wizard to help you do this.

Copy and paste the provided email as the first email that your subscriber receives after confirming their subscription (that thanks them and gives them the download link to your free PDF).

Then grab your html opt-in form code and save to Notepad.

STEP 5

Open up the “index.htm” page into your html editor and follow the video instructions for inserting your opt-in form. Save it!

STEP 6

Then collect your website login details (user/pass/ftp port #) from your hosting company so you can upload your pages to your site using your FTP software.
